Here are a few concoctions
Green Lemonade Tea
Make some green tea and cool in the fridge
Add ice to a long glass,the juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 -2 teaspoons of honey and some fragrant mint leaves
Mint soothes indigestion, lemon cleanses and green tea is loaded with antioxidants
Drink this Lemonade tea warm first thing in the morning for maximum benefit.
Some people say that just plain warm water in the morning has the same benefit.
The water must be warm.
Boil water with slices of ginger for 2 minutes
Remove saucepan from stove and let water and ginger rest for 20 minutes
To a long glass, add maple syrup or honey, apple cider vinegar and lemon to taste.
Add the water to the glass, having strained out the ginger pieces
It increases hydration, reduces inflammation,(ginger) and adds probiotics (apple cider vinegar)
Drink Switchel all day and get a flat tummy and loads of energy.
Better than coffee!!!
