The bodice on cotton nightie Caroline has been designed for comfort. There is a generous band (9 cms wide) of white hand smocking across the bust. This smocking creates gathering which falls gently over your tummy and your hips.

Yoke on the back for extra room across your shoulders.

A yoke across the shoulders on the back of the gown has gathers.These gathers allow additional soft cotton fabric to flow into your skirt. Consequently, this gives you plenty of room over your hips. Therefore you can easily stretch out your legs. So comfortable!

The bodice and back yoke are beautifully hand embroidered with white chain stitch in a criss cross design. Hand embroidered blue  bullion roses, white stems and leaves  climb over the chain stitch in a garden trellis style. Artistic and dainty.

Length is 115-120 cms 45-48 inches. Comes to mid calf on Louise’s clients.  Sleeves are cap.
