To begin with, Louise has designed a generous band (9 cms wide) of white hand smocking across the bust.
Importantly,this hand smocking creates gathering which fall gently over your tummy and hips.
Secondly,there is also a yoke across the shoulders on the back of this romantic cotton nightie.
Gathers have been stitched into the yoke.
As a result,these gathers allow extra soft pure cotton fabric to flow into your skirt. This gives you plenty of room over your hips and lets you stretch out your legs. So comfortable

The bodice is beautifully embroidered by Louise’s beloved hand embroiderers with white chain stitch in a criss cross design. Hand embroidered white bullion roses, stems and leaves climb over the chain stitch in a garden trellis style.
This exquisite hand embroidery is also on the yoke on the back of this feminine plus size cotton nightie.
