Front bodice
Fine vertical pin tucks fall luxuriously down the front bodice to the waist.These pin tucks allow for extra give over your tummy and more room in the skirt for legs.
Please keep in mind that Fair Maid does not have the same fabric volume in her skirt as Dewdrop.The hand smocking on Dewdrop creates gathering and this extra fabric flows into the skirt.
Maternity
A front opening with genuine mother of pearl shell buttons goes almost to the waist.This makes Fair Maid perfect for new mothers.
Length is 115-120 cms. It comes to mid calf. The sleeve is cap which is wonderful in summer.
